Members of the Buffalo Marriage Action Team attended a community forum held by Senator Antione Thompson at the Gloria Parks Community Center. Senator Thompson addressed various issues including housing and the gang, drug and blight problems in our neighborhoods. The group enjoyed a pre-meeting evening BBQ at the home of Dorothy and Roseanne Rissle-Fulcher, then we all returned after the meeting for some dessert and a nightcap.
Our own Nathan Phillips was published in the Buffalo News on August 30th, 2007!!
Nate (aka "Gladys Over") and his husband, Clyde Frey are outspoken advocates for Marriage Equality.
Nate hosts a local "gay bingo night" that benefits local charities.
